Regular readers will recall that we have previously expressed misgivings about A2 Dominion, the new owners of Queens Wharf on the edge of our estate. We have also questioned the real affordability and advisability of joining shared ownership schemes.Sadly, we have come across some damning evidence to support these concerns. It gives us no pleasure to be right in these circumstances and our heartfelt commiserations go to these disappointed residents of a local A2 Dominion scheme. We wish them well.
